Zeta builds a cognitive profile of how each student learns. Then an AI companion, tools for mentors, and study routines all adapt to it. Personalized learning, finally real.
That sense that school fits some minds and not others isn't a myth. Across 20,000+ assessments, we've measured how differently students actually learn: six dimensions that shape how a mind takes in the world.
Once you can see the difference, you can build learning that fits it. That's what Zeta does.

Zeta Learning ("Zeta," "we") makes learning tools built around a cognitive profile of how each student learns: our assessment, the Zeta Companion, and tools for mentors and programs. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. Questions: privacy@zetalearning.com.
Zeta is for students aged 13 and older. We ask for your date of birth at signup and do not create accounts for anyone under 13. Students aged 13–17 review and agree to a consent notice describing what we collect and why before using Zeta, consistent with state teen-privacy laws.
Account information (name, email, date of birth); assessment responses, which generate your cognitive profile; learning interactions with the Companion (questions, sessions, progress); and basic device and usage data needed to run and improve the service. We practice data minimization: if we don't need it to make Zeta work, we don't collect it.
To build your cognitive profile, personalize your learning, show you (and, for program cohorts, your organization) progress, keep the service secure, and improve Zeta. Program partners see aggregate engagement and progress for their cohort, never the content of a student's conversations.
We do not sell student data. We do not show ads in the student experience. We do not use student data for advertising. Our business model is the subscription: you are the customer, not the product.
Wherever possible, learning interactions are processed on your device, so sensitive data stays with the student. Where cloud processing is required, data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Only with service providers who help us run Zeta under strict confidentiality; with your program or organization in aggregate form if you joined through one; or when the law requires it. That's the complete list.
Students and parents can request a copy of their data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing privacy@zetalearning.com. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days. Closing your account deletes your data on the same schedule.
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service. We use industry-standard security practices, restrict internal access to student data, and maintain an incident-response plan; if a breach affects you, we will notify you.
If this policy changes in ways that matter, we'll tell you directly, not bury it. Continued use after notice means acceptance of the updated policy.
